Who we are
London Moving operates a city-origin international removals service from across Greater London to ten supported European destinations. Quote requests are submitted via the form on this site and processed by the route team responsible for your move.
What we collect
Information you submit through the quote form: name, contact details (email and phone), pickup address in London, destination address on the Continent, a brief on the contents and timing, and any photographs or inventory documents you attach. Information you send by email or share during a survey: equivalent move details, plus any documentation we ask for to complete the customs filing.
How we use it
To prepare a written quote, run the move, file the customs paperwork, and stay in contact with you about your specific job. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We share the minimum required information with the customs authorities (UK and destination) and with any insurance underwriter providing goods-in-transit cover.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses minimal first-party cookies for essential function and (with your consent) analytics cookies to understand which routes the catchment is searching for. The cookie banner gives you the choice to accept or decline analytics cookies; declining does not affect functionality.
Retention
Quote requests we don't progress are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records of completed moves are retained as long as required for customs, accounting, and insurance audit purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it (subject to our regulatory retention obligations). Write to help@london-moving.co.uk to make a request.
